The Oakland Raiders Quarterback Starting Job
Carson Palmer who has been the Raiders starting Quarterback for the past two years and hasn’t been producing as much as the Raiders want him to. Now a new quarterback has jumped into the spotlight and his name is Terrelle Pryor and he is competing for that starting job. He has wide receiver speed and the build of tight end. He was drafted in the third round of the 2011 Supplemental Draft. He got his first career start week 17 against the San Diego Chargers where he threw for 150 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown that day. But he also went 13-for-28 and threw an interception showing he has a less accurate arm than any of the young Quarterbacks in the league. But that could change over time if he is giving the chance, I believe he can.
